DoeVidas is a social impact app designed to encourage blood donations by offering tangible rewards. Users can earn points every time they donate blood and redeem them for real-life benefits like discounts at clinics, stores, and access to exclusive products and prizes.
The app connects hospitals, users, and partner companies in a cycle of giving that helps save lives and promotes social engagement.
Challenge: Some users, especially older adults, struggle with complex reward navigation interfaces.

🔍 Reflections & Lessons
This project reminded me how design can directly impact people’s lives. DoeVidas brought to light the harsh reality of hospitals struggling with blood shortages and how underdeveloped the culture of donation still is in Brazil.
By aligning altruism with everyday benefits, the platform turns donation into a rewarding act literally. It was also a moment where I bridged empathy-driven design with gamification strategy.
